Food

All of our dishes are created by Chef Paco, each week he and owner Angel customize their tapas menu. Together they believe that in order to provide crisp flavorful meals, they must provide foods which are in ripest during season.

In Spain, tapas are served as an array of small dishes, which are meant to be shared amongst company. Eating tapas is meant to encourage conversation over a meal yet our tapas can be eaten as a smaller meal for one person.

We create empanadas stuffed with freshly caught seafood similiar to the fish caught at bay in Galicia. These golden pies are crispy at the edges, full — or “relleno” as we like to say, with both savory and sweet stuffing. We have a house paella here, made to order with the freshest seafood and juiciest rice, we guarantee this is not a dish to miss: a Spanish rice that disappears from every dinner plate rapidly.
